Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.

Delete in the app (fastest)

1) Open Cinemova. 2) Go to the Profile tab. 3) Settings › Account Settings. 4) Tap Delete Account and type your username to confirm.

If you cannot access the app

Send an email titled "Account deletion" from your account email address to ulasisbl@gmail.com and include your username. After verifying the request we delete your account within 30 days at the latest and confirm receipt.

What is deleted

Your profile, username, bio, photo, city, lists and marked titles, duel history, follow relationships, community memberships, push tokens and messages you sent.

Usage measurement records are detached from your identity and expire on their normal schedule (180 days). Because database backups are kept for 14 days, traces disappear from backups within 14 days at the latest. Records we must keep by law (e.g. an abuse investigation) may be retained as long as required.

Before you delete

If you would rather pause than delete, use Settings › Account Settings › Suspend Account: your profile is hidden and you can come back whenever you want.
