By using Cinemova you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

The service

Cinemova is a free mobile app that helps you meet people who share your taste in movies and shows, build lists, talk in communities and decide what to watch tonight. The service is provided as is and may change over time.

Account and age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your account. A person may not use multiple accounts for abuse.

Rules

The following are prohibited: harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, any content involving the exploitation of children, spam, fraud, impersonation, copyright infringement, sharing illegal content, scraping or overloading the service with automated tools, and attempting to bypass security measures.

Content that breaks the rules may be removed and accounts may be suspended or closed. Reports are submitted with the in-app report button and reviewed within a reasonable time.

Your content

The content you share is yours. You grant us a limited, royalty-free licence to store, display and transmit it so that we can run the service. That licence ends when you delete the content; it may take up to 14 days to disappear from backups.

Movie and TV data

Title information, posters and overviews come from TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. "Where to watch" data comes from JustWatch, varies by region and is not guaranteed to be accurate.

Price

Cinemova is free and shows no ads. If a paid feature is ever added, it will be announced beforehand.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if the rules are broken. You may delete your account from the app at any time.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages. Other users are responsible for their own conduct and the content they share.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and Turkish courts have jurisdiction. Your consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
