Cinemova has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Prohibited content and behaviour

Any content that sexualises minors, sharing or requesting CSAM, contacting minors for sexual purposes (grooming), and links or referrals to child exploitation are strictly prohibited in the Cinemova app and on its website. The service is not intended for anyone under 13.

How to report

Use the Report button on the profile, message, post, comment, community or list in the app or on the site; you can also block the user. In an emergency, or if you cannot reach the report button, email ulasisbl@gmail.com.

What we do

CSAE reports are prioritised and reviewed within 24 hours. Violating content is removed, the account is permanently closed and the necessary records are preserved. When we identify CSAM we report it to NCMEC (CyberTipline) in the US and to the competent authorities of the relevant country, and we cooperate with law enforcement as the law allows.
