Tarusuke Shingaki (新垣 樽助, Shingaki Tarusuke, 18 de junio de 1976) es un seiyū (actor de voz) japonés de la ciudad de Kumejima, distrito de Shimajiri, prefectura de Okinawa. Está afiliado a Mausu Promotion. Su nombre real y antiguo nombre artístico es Masaaki Shingaki (新垣 正明, Shingaki Masaaki).
